However, there are times when things don’t go as planned and some may find FH International Enterprises services provided to them was not up to the mark. This is why we have 7-day risk-free refund policy to not only build trust in our services but also ascertain that every client is content and satisfied with us.

We follow a simple methodology when it comes to providing our services. Your technical support request goes through few steps. Firstly, your request is transferred to a professional technician through FH International Enterprises who understands your issue and helps you resolve it. Once your request is resolved, the call is being transferred to the quality assurance executive who verifies whether or not you were satisfied with the service provided to you. If you are 100% satisfied with the service, you get a 7-day extended service warranty under which you get free of cost support service for the same issue. But no refunds are granted after the completion of 7-day period. In case of dissatisfaction, a second call will be scheduled after failure of which, you will be granted a full refund on the same day.
